The hunting license and fishing license holders in Texas are required to show proof of hunting and fishing in order to legally hunt and fish in the state.
But the requirement doesn’t stop there.
The Texas Department of Public Safety and Public Safety Investigations (DPSIP) says that the hunting license is only valid for one year and cannot be renewed.
That means hunting license renewals can’t be renewed, but the renewal process is not limited to the same timeframe as a fishing license.DPSI also says that any new hunting licenses issued to residents must be issued in a manner that includes proof of purchase and that hunting license renewal fees are nonrefundable.
This is where hunting license holder’s come in handy.
