A Georgia fishing license has been issued to a fisherman who shot his wife and two children to death while he was fishing on their property.
The Georgia Department of Natural Resources said the license was issued in the city of DeKalb, near the Georgia-Florida border.
It was issued for Michael Jackson, a 61-year-old resident of DeKaulb who was charged with first-degree murder on Wednesday.
The license states that Jackson has been charged with killing his wife, Carol Jackson, and her children, 6-year old daughter and 8-year older son.
The department did not say when the license would be processed.
